Wonderware Open
Here is your chance to be part of the Wonderware Circle of Excellence, and perhaps qualify as the overall Pinnacle Award winner for the 2008 Wonderware Open. We are looking to recognize noteworthy Wonderware based applications that enable innovation for real-time operational excellence. Check out the past winners in the Wonderware Open Circle of Excellence.
Categories
- Best SCADA Application
All application entries must be focused on geographically distributed SCADA applications. A priority will be placed on solutions that are within market segments that are part of Wonderware’s industry initiatives. These include water or wastewater, oil & gas, power, telecommunications, transportation and facility management. - Best HMI Application
Entries in this category should focus on a Wonderware HMI application.
Preference will be for the application providing the most business value. - Best Manufacturing Execution System Application
All application entries should focus on any the following categories.
Multi-site MES solutions
Business system to plant-floor integration
Production management applications based on or integrated with Wonderware software in one or more of the following areas: scheduling, formula/recipe management, batching - Best Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence
Application
All application entries should focus on any the following categories
Performance management applications based on or integrated with Wonderware software in one or more of the following areas: production performance, reporting/aggregation, quality, traceability, downtime, OEE, KPI.
Prizes
North America
Each category winner will receive a Wonderware Open trophy plus free
admission to 2008 WonderWorld North America, where the category winners will be
showcased.
At WonderWorld 2008 in Las Vegas one grand prize winner will be
selected from the four category winners and will receive the Wonderware Open
Pinnacle Award, one (1) Wonderware training seat and a $1000 cash award.
Europe – Middle East – Africa (EMEA)
For the EMEA contest, we will have only ONE Winner per category and the prizes for the Winner are :
- Trophy
- Free admission to the WonderWorld 2008.
- Unique interview published in Pan European magazine and/or local press.
- One free training session for 2 persons at a local Wonderware office.
WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT YOUR LOCAL WONDERWORLD.
